The LEGO Brand Retail Stores are designed to create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play. Through our interactive guest experience, which include LEGO club meetings,
free monthly mini builds, birthday parties, in-store play, and Design by Me, LEGO Brand Retail strives to foster relationships with our guests that transcend generations and are as timeless as the products we
sell.

Minimum requirements:

As a member of the leadership team you will assist the store management in the daily operations of the LEGO Brand Store.

Specific responsibility for visual merchandising of all stock and a variety of duties related to merchandise; maintains retail area and merchandise in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.

Demonstrates the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values by providing the highest level of guest service, quality and product knowledge while meeting LEGO sales and profits goals.

Demonstrates LEGO leadership and assists in the necessary training that will enhance the team’s ability to exceed our high standards of
customer service and product knowledge.

Maximizes profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information. Assists to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized.

Ensures that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on Customer Service and maximizing
profitable sales.

Ensures that all fixtures are fully replenished at all times. Evaluates and communicate on competitors visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further.

Consistently strives to maximize and exceed sales potential of the LIC while maintaining labor costs in conjunction with cycles of market.

Assists in effectively appraising and identifying training needs for Sales
Associates. Trains Sales Associates, on visual merchandising techniques, according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines. Achieves sales targets, motivates and develops high performance teams by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values.Qualifications include, leadership/management experience in a high volume, multi-unit retail store environment, including employee training, knowledge of cash handling and inventory/sales auditing, and
knowledge of point of sale automated systems. Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Ability to work effectively with others. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
