The LEGO recruitment process

Finding great people takes time
We bring the same care and attention to recruitment that we do to every other part of our business. So our normal recruitment process takes 8-12 weeks and a job opportunity stays open for applications until a contract is signed.
Getting to know you
The recruitment process is designed to discover if you and the LEGO Group will be a good match. So it’s very much a joint effort. We’ll try to get to know the real you and you’ll be expected to gain a strong understanding of our business and the role you’d like to play in it. This usually starts with a quick telephone interview.
Meeting in person
We’re interested in more than just your skills and experience. Getting to know you is just as important, which is why face-to-face interviews are our best chance to explore your true potential with the LEGO Group. We want to know the way you like to work, what inspires you and the personal qualities that set you apart. Sometimes that means taking a personal profile analysis or presenting a business case relevant to your role. First though, we’ll give you an in-depth insight into the LEGO Group.
