Experienced Recruitment Consultants

Are you passionate about recruitment and do you want to recruit the brightest talents to an organization in a growth phase? Do you have solid recruitment experience from internal recruitment or as an external consultant – or preferably both?

We are currently building up an internal Recruitment Unit within the LEGO Group. Our purpose is to function as a recruitment consultancy, which works for all Business Units situated in Billund as well as smaller Business Units outside Denmark. We are looking for recruitment consultants for both permanent and freelance positions – as a freelancer you are hired on a one year contract.

Our goal is to build a strong team of recruiters, who understand the importance of securing high quality in recruitments as well as structured processes, and who always manage to give candidates a positive experience when applying for a job in the LEGO Group. Finally our recruiters always give hiring managers a great experience, when they work with our team.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to conduct both part and full recruitment processes on all levels in the organization. You will mainly recruit to one of our Business Units. However, depending on demand, you might be recruiting to other Business Units as well. You will have a broad contact within the organization with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, which provide you with an opportunity to build up a strong network and make your own recruitment footprints in a global organization.

The importance of the right candidate profile
Developing, defining and describing profiles on open positions are critical elements in each recruitment process. You work as a close sparring partner to the hiring manager, and you play an important role in ensuring that each candidate profile is defined properly, and that both personal and professional competences are uncovered. In this process you ask the critical questions and challenge the managers in their thoughts on the ideal candidate.

The Further Process
In each recruitment process, you ensure the best attraction strategy and handle the applications. You conduct telephone interviews with candidates – sometimes in cooperation with the manager – and you conduct the onsite interviews. You most often handle the entire process singlehandedly, and hand over the best candidates to the hiring manager in the end.

Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
Whether you work in a permanent position or freelance, your experience and knowledge about recruitment and search and selection is crucial. You have worked with recruitment on all organizational levels and you have an academic background like Cand.Psych, Cand.Mag. or Cand.Merc.

In addition you have experience with recruiting internationally. An important task will be to support HR on smaller international Units in the recruitment processes, which might give you some travel activity. You are of course fluent in English – both written and oral. Experience with e-recruitment is a must – we are going to implement SAP-HR.

Are You a True Recruiter?
You are not only a good recruiter - you also manage to identify the needs for competences in the organization and transform it into action. You have a solid understanding of the job market, which enables you to advise managers and HR Business Partners.

You manage to keep a close cooperation with HR in the different Units, and on your part this requires a robust nature and great cooperation and networking skills. Your overall communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will have a broad contact with managers on all levels in the organization.
Furthermore you manage to follow structured and standardised processes and you strive to secure a high quality in each process.
