Screen Designer for LEGO Universe

Do you want to be part of the biggest online experience in the LEGO Group’s history? And create the look and feel of the web site for LEGO Universe – a massively multiplayer online game, which will be launched mid 2010? Then you just may be the new Screen Designer for LEGO Universe. Create the look and feel of the LEGO Universe web site
As Screen Designer, you will work closely with the LEGO Universe team to design the screens for the LEGO Universe web site and LEGO Universe software tools. In compliance with the style guide, requirements and visual guidelines, you will design both whole screens and single screen elements and subsequently communicate the designs to the developers. Using your fast freehand drawing skills, you will perform the key function of preparing rough, hand-drawn sketches that give an early stage visualisation of the stakeholders’ vision.

Professional screen designer with fast freehand drawing skills
You are a professional screen designer with excellent and fast freehand drawing skills. Your background may be within design or graphics – or maybe you are self-taught within graphic design. Knowledge of Adobe creative Suite is important, as is your ability to work with visual guidelines. With strong teamwork and communication skills, you are able to navigate through divergent meanings and get your message across to various stakeholders. As your colleagues are highly international, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
